Ticket Preview is now available while editing tickets
You can now preview your ticket directly from the Edit Ticket side panel in Studio, making it easier to review your ticket configuration without leaving the editing experience.
What's new?
A new Ticket Preview section has been added to the ticket editing side menu. It displays how your ticket will appear based on its current saved configuration.
How it works
- Open a ticket in Studio and edit its settings.
- Use the Ticket Preview panel to view the current saved version of your ticket.
- After making changes, click Save to update the preview.
Note: The preview reflects only saved changes. Any edits you make will appear in the preview only after you save the ticket.
This helps you quickly verify your ticket setup while keeping the editing workflow simple and focused.
