Open Web Preview 🖥

Before this update, when setting the event home and sessions for instance, only the mobile preview was available.

Now, by clicking on the "preview" button above the mobile preview mode, this will open a desktop preview in a new tab and bring you directly to the relevant page in the event app:

Sort and Filter Items in Your Studio ⚗️

To increase efficiency, you can now sort items in the studio by: 

- Creation date

- Last edition date


You can also filter your items by exhibitors to quickly find what you're looking for:

Bonus: We've updated the view to include new options including: Total items, total items corresponding to your filter, search, and amount of selected items.

Add Someone to a Call 📞

Networking is made even easier!

When having a private video call, attendees can now invite someone else to join without leaving the call. 

Clicking on the menu options button will let the user choose one of their contacts to add to the video call.

In a 1:1 call, once the invite has been accepted, this will close the ongoing call and launch a call with the new group.

In a group call, the invited person will be added to the existing group call.

'Analytics' Tab in the Exhibitor Center 📊

All exhibitor's analytics are now available in one place.

We've created a dedicated tab called the "Leads board" in the Exhibitor Center and have moved all the analytics from the Home and Company pages there. In the "Leads board" section, exhibitors can now access data about:

  • Virtual booth visits
  • Number of views on the exhibitor page
  • Number of times the exhibitor has been bookmarked
  • Total number of connections made by team members
  • Total number of meetings booked by team members
  • Total number of scores on connections made by team members
  • Average score on connections made by team members
  • Number of views of the exhibitor's advertisement
  • Number of clicks on the exhibitor's advertisement

Target emails using custom fields & active status 💌

We've improved the targeted emails to allow you to send follow-up emails using new custom fields.

Targets are now split into three different filters:

  • Groups
  • Engagement score - Active/Inactive
  • Custom fields

For all reminder and follow-up emails, you'll be able to decide which filter(s) you want to apply before sending the emails.

🔥 Groups

Group selection will target all people that are part of the selected group.

 🔥 Engagement score

This filter will allow you to select people that have been active or inactive during the event. This way you can easily target all the people that haven't connected to your event yet! 

🔥  Custom fields

After importing your attendees, you can easily communicate with them depending on any field in their profile. This will target all the people that have at least one value from the field you've selected. 

For example, with this option and the correct use of custom fields, you can send emails to people of the same Type or Country.  


Custom targets

The best thing about these filters? They can be used simultaneously!

For each email, you can select multiple filters and decide if they should be used as a union or an intersection. You can do this by selecting the And/Or links between your filters 

Please note: 

"And" should be used if you want to target the people corresponding to ALL filters.

"Or" should be used if you want the email to correspond with at least one of the enabled filters.

Groups and Engagement score filters can be used once per email. For the Custom fields filter, you can use many as you want for your event.

⚠️ Please note that this update is only for reminders and follow-up emails. The target for invitation emails still needs to be "Groups."

"Moderated Stage" in Roundtables🙋🏻

When this option is enabled for either a Video or Audio roundtable, the view will be split into two sections: Stage and Participants.

By default, each Moderator joins the room "On stage" and each participant joins the room as a "Spectator." Spectators must ask the moderators to be allowed on stage.

When a spectator is given permission to go on stage, that participant will then have the ability to turn their camera and mic ON.

In order to be allowed on stage, the participant must click on the "Raise hand" icon.

Moderators are able to see the list of people with their hand raised and can then choose which spectators are allowed on stage. 

When finished, participants can manually leave the stage or the moderator can remove them from the stage.

Up to 20 people are allowed on the moderated stage at the same time.

New Navigation Bar 👀

We've released another major improvement!

The new navigation bar on the event app.

Now, all the different tabs which take the attendee to each section are integrated directly into the navigation bar, as you can see in the following screenshot: 

Also, if several tabs are spread out on more than 1 line, you can now collapse the navigation bar to save space by clicking on the arrow below it. By default, the navigation bar is extended.

Virtual Booth Visits in the Exhibitor Center 👀

Exhibitors will soon see which attendees recently visited their booth directly from the Exhibitor Center!

A new block called "virtual booth visits" has been added to the Exhibitor Center homepage. There you will see a display with the 3 most recent visitors, the visitor's name is clickable,  and clicking on a name redirects to the attendee profile in the Event App where the exhibitor can then reach out to them. 


To check attendees who visited the booth earlier in the month, just click on 'See all' where up to 200 of the most recent visitors will appear.

The organizer can manage access to this feature at the exhibitor or group level directly from the Organiser Studio.

Event data → Exhibitors → Exhibitor details → Rights 

or 

Event settings → Groups → Exhibitors groups → Side panel

When the toggle is active, the exhibitor can see who visited their booth in the Exhibitor Center.

Filter analytics dashboard by groups 🪄

A new feature has been released in the Organizer Studio! Organizers can now choose the specific group they would like to see an analytics overview for.

Go to the Analytics page - click on 'filter by group' and pick one or more groups that you'd like to view.

That's it! Easy as pie 🍰
