As an organizer, you now have more control over the fields each exhibitor can edit on their company profile:

ExhibitorCenter 

Exhibitors can add a banner in the form of an image or video to be displayed on the exhibitor profile. (If both are added, only the video will be displayed).

This new option can be restricted by the organizer. Two new fields have been added on the Studio > Exhibitors:

🌐  Event type & Dynamic time zone

Through the Studio > Event Settings, a new field called "Event type" is now available. By selecting "Virtual", all timezones in the platform will be displayed according to the time zone set on the participant's device. 

⏯ Vimeo player

You can now add a streaming link from Vimeo directly into your sessions

EventApp WebApp 

You can now add a header in the form of a video on your Event Home. Simply provide a YouTube or Vimeo link, and the video will appear on the banner part of your event. This is a great feature for increasing engagement 📈

OrganizerStudio 

From the Organizer Studio, you can add a "Live Session" button on the event home. You can also modify the date of any session to Live through the Data tab in the button edition.

WebApp EventApp 

By clicking on someone's name, picture, or on the 3 dots next to the message from within group chats and live discussions, that person's profile will open!

If a session has a live discussion option, speakers & organizers can create a live poll on the third tab of the chat.
