With Swapaccess Badge Reprinting, attendees can get a replacement badge with a simple scan at a SwapAccess station — no need to undo their check-in!

How it works

• Enable reprinting: Turn on SwapAccess badge reprinting in Studio → Registration → Badge templates. This allows attendees registered for tickets linked to that badge type to reprint their badges onsite.
• Manage individual attendees: Enable or disable reprinting from the attendee’s Registration tab in Studio. This individual setting overrides the badge template setting.
• Track print history: View the latest print date and access previous prints for each attendee.
