Organizing and running events on Swapcard has never been easier. ✨ We're thrilled to introduce a new feature called "Organization". That means your events are now owned by your organization.

You can invite teammates to your organization and give them access to manage and create events under your organization's account.

How to invite a colleague to your organization 💁

1. Access your organization from the top right-hand corner menu in the studio.

2. Click on "Invite a member", add your colleagues' email addresses, select their roles and send the invitation!

3. All they need to do is accept the invitation and they're all set.

How to add a new organization 🏛

Each time you create a new event, it needs to be assigned to an organization. You can choose an existing organization, but to create a new one, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to 'Create a new event' from the top right-hand corner menu in the studio
2. Select the option to create a new organization
3. Enter the name of your new organization. Then head over to the organization page, tab 'Details', to add all the additional information.

Note: In order to create an event under an existing organization, you must be an admin of said organization.
