As an event organizer, keeping attendees informed and engaged is key to the success of your events. One of the most effective ways to achieve this is through timely and targeted notifications. 

We have recently improved our notification manager with two new features: 

• Preview the notification when creating or editing it, and
• Create a notification by duplicating an existing one.

1. The preview feature allows you to see how your notification will look before it is sent out to attendees. This is particularly useful when creating a new notification or when editing an existing one. With the preview option, you can check the formatting, see how the link will appear, and ensure that the text is clear and concise.

To preview a notification, simply create a new notification and the preview section appears on the bottom part of the page, or edit an existing notification. The preview will show you exactly what your notification will look like, so you can make any necessary changes before sending it out to your attendees.

2. The duplication feature allows you to quickly and easily create a new notification based on an existing one. This is particularly useful if you have multiple notifications with similar content or if you want to send the same notification to different groups.

To duplicate a notification, simply select the notification you want to duplicate and click on the duplicate button. This will create a new notification with all of the same content as the original notification. You can then make any necessary changes to the new notification before sending it out to your attendees.

Both of these features are designed to save you time and ensure that your notifications are as effective as possible. By previewing your notifications before sending them out and duplicating notifications that have worked well in the past, you can improve the quality of your notifications and keep attendees engaged and informed.
