Manage multiple locations for one exhibitor and one booth for multiple co-exhibitors

For in-person events, you can now add multiple booth locations for the same exhibitor or have multiple exhibitors in the same location. For large tradeshows, an exhibitor has the option of having multiple booths, or multiple exhibitors can share the same one!

How is this displayed?

On the web and the mobile event apps, the locations will be listed on the exhibitor page and will allow the attendees to click and be redirected to the map to get the route!

Locations now have a category that is also displayed on the exhibitor page, which will display the hall number or the floor level!

Plus on the web version, there is a small map preview directly on the exhibitor page!

By clicking a booth on the map that hosts several exhibitors, you can now see the list of all co-exhibitors as well as redirections to their dedicated pages.

How does this work?

On the Exhibitor page in the studio, organizers can create a new location by clicking “Create new” above the Location field.

You will then be directed to the “Create locations” page to create a new location.

Organizers can now link the exhibitor to an existing location by typing the name in the location field. The existing location will be suggested, and once added, organizers can link more locations to the same exhibitor!

Once added, the location can be modified, deleted from the selection, or have the display order repositioned in the event app.

Editing a location can be done by clicking the “pen” icon, which opens the side panel.

Organizers can then edit the category, the name, the meeting capacity and define if the location is virtual or not.
