Introducing user engagement in the People table
We’ve enhanced our engagement score formula to better capture user activities at an event level.
In the Studio → Content → People we added a new parameter
How does the improved Engagement Score work:
The engagement score ranks the event attendees according to their activities on the platform. There are three main states:
- Inactive: When the user has just been registered on the system and no actions have been made by the user
- Active: When the user logged into the Swapcard web or mobile application at least once
- Engaged: When the user has made other actions than simply logging in and browsing content, e.g. bookmarked a session or sent a connection request.
Benefits for the Event Organizer:
Having the visibility of whether the event attendees are Inactive (just registered), Active or Engaged will allow event organizers to convert more inactive users into Active and Active into Engaged and improve the success rate of the event.
